You can sit and see the westerly mountain views from the private backyard. I am south of Highway 111 very convenient to Old Town, Silver Rock Park, pickleball, golf, tennis, biking, hiking, and some yummy food and happy hour. My recent refinement includes two complete bathroom remodels. You should see the bathroom vanities. Its so cool! They have power. You have enough outlets and space for those things ladies call curly irons and blow dryers. Master shower, you have room for two Ooh La La. Oh, you dont have to wait long for hot water because my owners installed a recirculating water pump. You should see my front yard makeover. The grass was changed to desert landscaping to reduce water. My average water bill ranges between $35-60 dollars per month, depending on the season. The driveway was extended with pavers to accommodate more parking. The kitchen has had a kitchen remodel. I love my new cabinets. The pictures make them look white but actually, an antique bisque color love black outline around the raised paneling. I have shutters throughout the bedrooms and living room. I have sunshades on each bedroom window to help keep the temperature cooler in the summer months. I could keep going on and on about me but I dont want to bore you with all the details about me!
